History of 2026

On September 12, 2026, the 2026 International Conference on Electronic Engineering, Communications and Computer Technology (EECCT 2026) was successfully held online. About 100 participants gathered online to exchange views on frontier topics in electronic engineering, communication, and computer technology.

At the opening ceremony, Professor Li Zhaorong, Vice Dean of the School of Computer Science and Technology at Yibin University, attended the conference and delivered a speech. In his remarks, Professor Li Zhaorong welcomed the experts and scholars in attendance and expressed his best wishes for the successful completion of the conference. He said that he hoped this conference would serve as an opportunity to further strengthen academic exchange and research collaboration among scholars in related fields, and to promote the interdisciplinary integration and innovative development of electronic engineering, communications, and computer technology.

During the keynote session, four experts and scholars shared their latest research results. Professor Haisheng Li from Guangxi Normal University gave a presentation titled “Circuit design of quantum multiplier and divider”; Professor Jianping Gou from Southwest University gave a presentation titled “Diversity-driven Knowledge Distillation for Large-scale Model Compression”; Professor Chaorong Li from Yibin University gave a presentation titled “Generative model short-term precipitation forecast”; and Associate Professor Yuanyuan Huang from Chengdu University of Information Technology gave a presentation titled “Deep Learning-Driven Intelligent Video Coding: Towards Efficient Compression and Secure Transmission” The presentations covered frontier areas such as quantum circuit design, large model compression, generative model-based meteorological forecasting, and intelligent video coding, showcasing the latest research progress in related fields.

Participants conducted online exchanges and discussions around the themes of the presentations. The conference provided an online platform for academic exchange among experts and scholars in electronic engineering, communication, and computer technology, helping to promote academic resource sharing and collaborative research innovation.
